Refund and Return Policy

Furr N Flair offers two types of products:  
1. Instant digital downloads (clipart packs, tumbler wraps, design files)  
2. Print-on-demand (POD) physical products (such as t-shirts, mugs, tote bags) fulfilled by trusted marketplaces including Redbubble, TeePublic, Zazzle, and others.
 
Digital Products:  

All digital products are delivered instantly as downloadable files (including clipart packs, tumbler wraps, and design files).

Because digital products are non-tangible goods, physical returns are not applicable. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please email shikhazpod@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

 

Please note:

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly on furr-n-flair.com.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse, repeated refund claims, or policy abuse.

  • If you experience technical issues such as corrupted files, missing content, or difficulty accessing your downloads, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will promptly assist you.


POD Physical Products:  
All physical products (t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.) are printed, shipped, and handled directly by the marketplaces (Redbubble, TeePublic, Zazzle, etc.) where they are purchased.  
For these items, the return, refund, and exchange policies of the respective marketplace apply. Please refer to their return policies on the platform where you made your purchase.
